- The Site Map creates a complete picture of the space where the robot is trained to clean. It’s a great tool to visualize operational data to understand:

NEW FEATURES
- Delayed Start
- Users now have the ability to schedule when the robot starts its cleaning route(s) by delaying the start of autonomy in increments of 5 minutes, up to 15 hours!
- 12 Routes per Marker
- This new feature doubles the total number of autonomous cleaning routes available to you and your operators! It also simplifies operations by enabling operators to train and run up to 12 autonomous cleaning routes from a single Home Marker.
- Release Notes on UI
- A brief description of key changes which could impact operator workflow will now appear on the UI for major BrainOS releases. Notes can also be found in the Settings > About > Release Notes menu.
- Route Sync*
- Opt-in capability which enables sharing of routes between multiple machines for multi-machine sites and machine swaps.
USABILITY IMPROVEMENTS
- Improved Area Fill by optimizing the A.I. generated cleaning perimeter. The transit path from the Home Marker is now automatically recognized and removed from the Area Fill cleaning zone, enabling a more efficient cleaning route.
- Improved Route Repeat by tracking the number of laps completed on the UI and enabling the operator to cancel looping without needing to exit autonomy.
- Updated the user experience to show the intended direction of the machine with directional arrows on the UI during cleaning. Additionally, when an assist is resolved the UI will play a fun thank you animation.

- Stop & Honk
- Users now have the ability to teach a route with specific Stop & Honk points along the trained path.
- The Stop & Honk feature enables the operator to control exactly where they want the robot to make a complete stop before proceeding.
- Multiple Stop & Honk locations can be trained throughout a single trained route.
- The robot will stop in place at its trained position for 3 seconds after honking before continuing on its route.

- Area Fill
- A new way to teach the machine where you want it to clean. Simply drive the machine around the perimeter of a space, then the machine will fill it in on its own.
- Suited for larger, wide-open spaces.
- Route Label Keyboard for Alphanumeric languages
- Operators will now be able to use the touchscreen to type in their own custom route labels using a QWERTY keyboard for alphanumeric languages.
- UI Controlled Beeping
- Available within the settings menu, operators will be able to enable the machine to beep every 5 seconds in autonomy.
- Tap to Unlock & Joyride End-of-Route
- New lock screen experience during operation that no longer hides useful assist information from operator view while maintaining touch screen security.
- Prevents manual use of the machine once it has completed a route, or series of consecutive routes, until the security pin code is entered.

- New safety features to prevent unauthorized users from operating the machine
- Standard PIN entry screen at the end of a route to prevent unauthorized manual driving or “joyriding.” This feature is Cloud configurable and disabled by default.
- Improved safety best practices
- Screen interaction is disabled while the machine is in motion (manual or autonomous modes). An error message displays if the screen is touched while the machine is in motion.

- Learning Center
- Created a new Learning Center menu option on the Main Menu, which provides end-user instructional videos. Within the Learning Center are three categories: Training, Periodic Maintenance, and Daily Maintenance. Each category provides corresponding instructional videos for end-users.

- New customer portal and dashboard for data monitoring that displays the previous day’s usage data.
- Bootup Diagnostics

- Introduced new error message alerts for enhanced usability
- Added activity error messages to alert the user of an issue when a mistake is made when utilizing the machine, such as moving the machine after homing, teaching a route that is too short, etc.
- Emergency Stop logic
- When the Emergency Stop button is pressed during an autonomous route, the route can now be resumed by releasing the Emergency Stop button and pressing the blue Start/Pause button.
- Smart Scrub
- While in autonomous mode, the robot detects when it’s been in one spot for too long and will turn off the scrub brush to avoid swirls or damage to the floor.
USABILITY IMPROVEMENTS
- Added Latin American Spanish translation of all UI screens.
- When a cleaning route is completed and a phone is paired to the Cloud, two text messages are sent to the paired phone: Route Complete! and an image of the completed route.
