Position Summary:

Our Business Systems team is looking to hire a Senior Salesforce Administrator, a critical step in taking business operations to the next level at Brain Corp. This is a broad role spanning key integrations within our customer go-to-market system portfolio. You will bring Brain Corp your expertise in critical Salesforce products and gain significant experience in rolling out Salesforce those products out, including Service Cloud.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Manage and administer Brain’s Salesforce environment, Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Service Cloud
  • Partner with the business to understand current and future needs to deliver high-value technical solutions by improving the user experience and day-to-day efficiency
  • Automate processes using Salesforce tools such as process builder, flow automation, validation rules
  • Configure and maintain custom objects, record types, fields, page layouts, formulas, data validation rules, triggers, custom workflows, approval processes, installed packages, etc.
  • Manage and coordinate the testing process, create test cases, and establish protocols and appropriate environments
  • Partner with other teams that own and manage integrated systems
  • Facilitate process improvement sessions to synthesize findings and feedback into an informed experience design
  • Define, design, and document business flows and processes on various sized projects
  • Provide training to business stakeholders and end users
  • Write systems based use cases and adept with SOQL queries, data mappings, and implementation in Salesforce
  • Manage and administer integrations with adjacent systems, such as the company’s ERP system, field service management system, data warehouse, and other internal systems

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or equivalent
  • 5+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce.com is required with a focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (Leads, Opportunities, Contracts, Quotes, Case Management, Asset Management and other integration tools, etc.)
  • Expertise in business process modeling and diagramming (swimlane and sequence diagrams, process flows, UML, wireframes)
  • Ability to create and document business requirements, use cases and test cases, interacting with stakeholders, business users/analysts, partners, and vendor teams
  • Applied domain experience working with Salesforce in a software subscription-based environment
  • Knowledge of ETL integrations with connected databases and Hands on experience in performing complex data loads
  • Strong understanding of Release Management process and CI/CD

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics:

  • Experience with data modeling, custom objects, permissions, SOQL queries, SFDC parameters and user defined objects
  • Creating workflow rules and process builder flows
  • Experience with APEX, advanced reporting, formula fields, DevOps Center and change management
  • Salesforce Admin or Dev certification

Salary Range:

The anticipated salary range for candidates who will work in San Diego, California is $112,000 to $145,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, education, etc. Brain Corp is a multi-state employer and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.
