Brain Corp announced today that it has appointed Brian Reinhart as its Chief Administrative Officer.
As part of his new role, Reinhart will lead Brain Corp’s Corporate Services, which includes its Human Resources, IT, Facilities, Business Systems, Data Privacy & Security, and Safety teams. His focus will be on people, process, culture, and infrastructure — all critical to the company’s ongoing success — as well as continuing to support select legal initiatives and manage relationships with key partners.
“Brian has a proven track record at Brain Corp, leading critical business and legal initiatives over the last four years,” said David Pinn, CEO of Brain Corp. “The most powerful assets we have are the talent and energy of our people and we’re very excited to have Brian play a bigger role in enabling our teams to do their best work.”
Before being named Chief Administrative Officer, Reinhart held the positions of Deputy General Counsel, Global Head of Compliance, and SVP, Operations & Legal for the Company. During this time, he successfully led multiple key initiatives, including implementing Brain Corp’s robot safety and data infrastructure, managing partner relationships, driving continuity planning, and leading numerous critical negotiations. Prior to joining Brain Corp, Reinhart served as General Counsel for multiple organizations. Supporting both legal and commercial initiatives throughout his career, Reinhart has navigated a myriad of complex transactions in these past roles supporting global expansion, product line growth, organizational efficiency and governance, and has managed diverse teams across corporate services functions.
Reinhart noted, “I am incredibly excited to lead Brain Corp into the future, driving key initiatives, accelerating our ability to achieve our goals, and fostering an environment and culture that further brings our Values to life.”
This news comes on the heels of Brain Corp’s announcement of David Pinn as CEO and the appointment of Michel Spruijt as CRO.
